There has been an increase in the number specialist agencies working on health related projects that involve the dissemination of information at village and community level.

Often working away from urban centres these projects need to provide facilities for their dissemination work and at the same time share these facilities with multiple locations in order to maintain cost effective programmes.

As a result of these emerging customer needs, TGS has been asked to prepare and deliver several units converted into complete audio-visual training vehicles for use in the field. The equipment fitted allows for video playback via both a TV screen and also a projection screen.

TGS has developed an audio-visual vehicle conversion based on the ever-popular and rugged Land Cruiser Hardtop model. There are two key elements to this conversion. Firstly, the ability of the vehicle to operate in remote places well away from other facilities and secondly, the range of audio-visual equipment and facilities that can be supplied and operate at the standard 220v AC.
