TGS's presence at the
Aid and Trade Europe 2004 exhibition proved once again to be extremely
worthwhile and successful.
The TGS team used the exhibition
as an opportunity to meet with a large number of friends and partners
in the aid world. Throughout the exhibition, the TGS stand was ideally
situated to cope with the large numbers of visitors who helped to
make our stand a hive of activity over the entire 2 days.
TGS chose to exhibit the vintage
Toyota Land Cruiser BJ-40 model on the stand. This model is the
predecessor of the current Land Cruiser Hardtop and represents and
epitomizes the core Land Cruiser values of toughness, dependability
and durability. Still going strong after over 20 years, the old
warhorse proved to be an eye-catching and innovative addition to
the TGS stand. Many customers had fond memories of the model and
some even asked if it was still available for sale!
During the show, TGS also organized
a "Passport to Gibraltar" competition which was open to
representatives of non-profit organizations visiting the show. The
winner was given a voucher for a return trip to Gibraltar including
2 nights of accommodation. The competition proved to be very successful
attracting well over 50 entries.

As in previous years, the show took place
over 2 days at the impressive Palexpo exhibition complex close to
Geneva airport.
