As from August 1st 2007 TGS is introducing a new service to complement its internet-based tracking page. TGS has developed an e-mail based system that simplifies shipment tracking.

Customers are invited to e-mail just their TGS ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON THE SUBJECT LINE of an e-mail to: easytrack@toyota-gib.com

and they will receive by return the latest shipping update for their order. This simple system will not identify a customer by name (to ensure confidentiality) but it will allow users to regularly update data with a single e-mail.

The more comprehensive tracking system will continue to be available on the TGS website and any queries can always be directed to: freight@toyota-gib.com
