In 2005 Toyota Gibraltar Stockholdings were among a select few independent companies in Gibraltar to participate in a pilot scheme for this prestigious and international award.
Achieving the standard was very important to us as a company as we knew that a successful company is one that appreciates its people and values the contribution they can make which in turn extends to our clients, it also confirmed the vision of where TGS is going in the future and how it's going to get there.
TGS recognises the need to keep our customers happy, via our ability to do a good job and produce quality work to meet our customer’s needs successfully this relies upon our people, from shop floor to boardroom, as we operate in a competitive environment and our business depends on our ability to retain our existing customers and attract new customers.
Although TGS already had the majority of good practices in place required by IIP, it still took nearly 2 years of constant meetings and reviews before TGS were accredited in 2007.
