| TGS Off-Road Show - USA 2002 | |
| In June TGS returned to
Baltimore for the second time to organise and run an Off Road Training
Seminar. Building on our very positive experience of last year, Baltimore was the chosen venue because of its close proximity to the nation's capital and ease of access for many NGOs, GOs and UN organisations. |

Technical guidance was given on the models and
some of the many accessories which TGS can fit to them.

Participants were given the opportunity to drive
the Land Cruisers over and through a series of testing situatons.
|
|
|
Training consisted of theoretical classroom work, outdoor demonstrations and driving through woods and creeks in a Land Cruiser Station Wagon and a Land Cruiser Hard Top. Our partners from Codan and Warn were on hand to talk about and demonstrate their latest product applications. Many participants had never been fortunate enough to drive the vehicles they regularly purchase and judging by the extremely positive feedback, they really appreciated the opportunity. All participants agreed that it was a worthwhile experience to get behind the wheel and test the vehicles off-road. This type of training exercise also gives TGS the chance to gain valuable feedback concerning products and services with a view to continuous improvement. |
