| TGS Workshop expansion |

| Over recent months, demand
for vehicles and workshop conversion time has grown significantly.
The TGS workshop space and technical teams have also increased in
order to address and cope with the extra demands. |

| The department now comprises
of four workshop areas, three of which deal with normal fitting of
4WD accessories. The fourth workshop specialises in full conversions
such as ambulances and audio visual vehicles. With increasing demand
for highly technical equipment such as turbochargers and locking differentials,
the current average vehicle workshop preparation time is running at
ten hours. |

| With a staff of 32 including
drivers, car cleaners, support staff and technicians, we have the
capability to produce 30,000 hours of work per annum which should
equate to the ability to prepare 3,000 vehicles per year. A further
2 technicians will join TGS shortly |

| We are a multi-national
team, with Gibraltarian, British, Spanish and Moroccan staff. |
|
| All four workshops are
fitted with a high level of equipment, including air conditioning
recharging stations and two and four post elevators. |
|
| We will continue to upgrade
our workshop facilities to the highest possible level and strengthen
our team to meet ever changing demands. |
|
| All of the above will
ensure that TGS continue to be able to deliver fast turnaround of
highly modified vehicles as demanded by our customers. |
