"Our
objective is to provide the most professional administrative solutions
to our customers, whilst maintaining our drive and focus to meet
the goals of the organisation in a spirit of teamwork."
The administration department consists of 3 able-minded
staff members whose drive & quick thinking achieve their ultimate
goal of support to the entire TGS team & customers alike.
Even though we’re a small department within
TGS, we play an essential part in the delivery of orders by ensuring
all shipping documents are sent as required as promptly as possible.
We also assist with many clients who require documentation over
and above the norm, as well as supervising pre-shipment inspections
and any vehicle registrations.
Despite sales increasing to beyond 3,000
units per annum, the administration dept have managed to keep up
with the challenges presented by this increase, including the marking
of vehicles as they are offloaded from the vessels arriving each
month from the factory.
