| The Workshop Team |
| The TGS workshops play a central role in the service which TGS is able to offer to all of its customers. The number and complexities of all the accessorisation tasks which customers ask TGS to fulfil mean that our workshop technicians have to be skilled in a large number of areas in order to ensure standards of quality and excellent delivery times are achieved. TGS now have a total of 50 staff in the workshops comprising a multi-talented crew of mechanics, fitters, drivers, vehicle cleaners, support staff and technicians. These are spread over 4 vehicle accessorisation workshops and 1 ambulance conversion workshop. The current average vehicle workshop preparation
time is running at just under 15 hours an increase of 50% in the
last 12 months. Whilst this has put considerable pressure on all
the TGS workshops, it is a testimony to their professionalism, organisation
and adherence to quality standards that customer satisfaction has
been maintained at all times. |
