| Important
information for all applicants
1. TGS
operates a priority system for allocating training places:
A. Applicants who are already working
in the humanitarian sector, or are about to take an
assignment in the humanitarian sector, including TGS
clients.
B. Other TGS clients
C. Potential TGS clients and applicants
with an interest in the humanitarian sector.
Within these categories, places will be
allocated on a first-served basis and are subject to
completion of a booking form and acceptance onto the
course.
For TGS Advanced Driving Courses
Applicants are assessed on their suitability
for a particular course from the information given on
their application form. Where a closing date for applications
is given. Applicants will be informed of whether they
have a place shortly after the closing date has passed.
2. Confirmation
of your place will only be made on receipt of full payment
of the appropriate training fee.
3. Please
make sure you have read our cancellation policy, which
is available here.
4. Course
fees may be paid by:
A. Bank
transfer. An ivoice will be sent, which contains bank
account details for the transfer. Please note that bank
transfer fees will be added to the invoice.
B. Credit
card
C. Other,
please contact TGS for further information.
4. On receipt
of your completed application form & payment, an
email or letter will be to you in achnowledgment. Credit
cards will be charged once your place has been confirmed
by us.
5. If your
organisation is paying your fees, please include on
the form the organisation's name and address and the
name and email address of the person to be invoiced.
Invoices will be issued once you have been accepted
on the course and due to be paid within 14 days.
6. If your
name is placed on a waiting list we will retain your
cheque or not charge your credit card. If any places
become available you will be notified as soon as possible.
In the event that no place becomes available, your credit
card details will be destroyed.
