This facility allows you to look at the current status of any consignment in transit. The information shown is the latest data provided by our shippers for the shipment in question. It is only an indication and, as such, is subject to change. Our Freight Team also sends out shipping advices to you by fax as the order progresses to final destination. 

For security reasons you will need to know your account number and a valid order and shipment number. This information was supplied to you in the Order Confirmation, Shipping Advice and Invoice in the "Our Ref" field, which comprises Order No/Shipment/Account No.
